Lindsay’s practice focuses primarily on corporate, and estate planning and probate matters. Lindsay has experience in a variety of areas including nonprofit and corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and estate tax planning. She has assisted in a broad range of matters, from bank mergers and corporate stock and asset sales, to drafting corporate, tax, real estate, and securities documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, and state and federal filings.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Education from Gonzaga University, and spent several years as a special educator. Lindsay subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law), where she was a Senior Editor on the Hastings Law Journal, and received CALI Awards for Excellence in Criminal Law, Consumer Law, and Criminal Procedure. After several years of practice, Lindsay also earned her master of laws in taxation from New York University.

A North Idaho native, Lindsay is committed to serving the Coeur d’Alene/Spokane communities. She has served on several nonprofit boards, including Community Frameworks (2019-2022) and Free Rein (2020-present).
