Class Actions
Court procedure allows people to come together as a "class" and sue companies for uniform rule or policy violations. Class actions are generally commenced when bringing individual claims against companies would not make economic sense.

RIVERSIDE'S CLASS ACTION SERVICES
Riverside’s attorneys have both prosecuted and defended numerous class actions.

For instance, Riverside attorneys have successfully commenced class actions against major airlines and contractors for their discriminatory hiring and denial of benefits practices.

Conversely, Riverside attorneys have successfully defended large financial institutions, lenders, landlords, and hotels in class actions.
